10 inch High Quality Jet Suction Dredger Sent to Cameroon for River Dredging

High quality jet suction dredger relies on a high pressure water pump to break up the sand layer, then uses a high power sand pump to suck the mixture of sand and water to the shore or transport ship. 12 inch Centrifugal Sand Pump Set Sent to Cambodian for River Dredging

Centrifugal sand pump, also known as the sand pump, is an impurity pump that extracts mixed solids such as mud, fine sand, tailing slag and transports them over long distance. The customer accepted the modification proposal and organized the production of the cutter suction device. After modification, the efficiency of sand pumping increased a lot, and the probability of blockage was reduced, the probability of downtime caused by garbage blockage was also reduced. The customer was very satisfied with this. At the same time, the customer had a better understanding of the local sand source, he decided to expand the production scale and purchase another centrifugal sand pump. River Sand Dredger Design Improvement

River sand dredger is easy to operate and with high efficiency. This 10 inch sand dredger is widely used in sand dredging, slurry dredging, port buildings, desilting and other dredging fields.

3.Adjust the horizontal distance from the gantry top to the dredger front edge . To prevent the sand suction hose from hitting the edge of the sand dredger.

4. Add air release valve in the outlet elbow of the sand pump. When the pump is working, it will suck some air into the pump. It will corrode the pump casing, after we increase the air release valve, it can release the air inside, and extend the service life of the pump.

5.The oil drain valve of the fuel tank is installed at the bottom of the oil tank. After the diesel engine has been working for a period of time, some water is mixed into the return pipe. The diesel oil with water will damage the diesel engine. A bottom oil drain valve installs at the bottom to release the oil and water. Guarantee the purity of diesel.

Portable Sand Dredger Making Process

As per customer’s requirement, we keeped him knowing the dredger produce process.

Material cutting. The steel plate is 6 mm thickness which is very firm and strong enough for this type of small dredger. We cut the dredger material carefully by automatic plasm cutting machine.

Welding. All our workers are senior welder with welding skills to in sure the welding beauty and not any gap.

Painting. After dredger pontoon finished, we will painting the dredger body with anti rust paint and topcoat, the dredger body painting color could be pointed according to customer’s requirement.

Sand dredging equipment assemble. We assemble and connect the sand pump, water pump, engines for pumps, winch, hand frame, sand suction rubber hose and oil tank etc. Layout pipeline for this sand barge.
