The discharge distance depends on the lift .Dredge depth can be 25m .

Normally the power is 3 phase 380v, 50hz, and we can also customized it with 3 phase, 415V, 50hz, or 380v, 60hz.

The output of sand depends on the flow capacity, normally for the fine sand, the sand output is about 20% of the flow capacity and the coarse sand is about 15% of the flow capacity. And it also depends on the soft sand or sharp sand, etc.

2. Q: What is the lead time of high efficiency submersible dredger to the Philippines? How much is the sea freight?

A: The delivery time depends on the model of high efficiency submersible dredger, if there is no stock, the delivery time is 25 working days after deposit. The sea freight need to be calculated after confirming the sand dredger model .

3.Q: What is the best applicable pump for filling sand into the small holes of Geo tubes?

Maldives Customers visited our factory for submerged pump dredger

Submerged pump dredger (ZJQ series) is designed and manufactured with optimized hydrodynamics technology for sand suction and silt clearing. This kind of mud dredger equipment is driven by electric motor. The dredger suitable for conveying liquid with solid particles including gravel, cinders and tailing etc. Submersible slurry pump dredger is widely used in metallurgical industry, mining and thermal power plant, etc. It’s wear resistant wet parts are made of hard metal (Chrome alloy). On August 24, 2017, Maldives Company business representatives came to inspect our company .We received their inquiry at the beginning of August. They want a submersible slurry pump dredger which can suck the sand from the sea. The dredging depth is about 1-3m, delivery distance is about 150 m. What’s more, the sand is fine sand, and they would use the fine sand to cover the island area.

Our technical team designs a suitable dredger body for them. They want a simple dredger which can operate by one people, the generator power only used for the submersible slurry pump. So we chose the chain block instead of hoist. Besides, the dredger body and submersible slurry pump both uses anti-corrosive paint. We also provide them anti-corrosive rope to move the submersible slurry pump dredger. The brand of generator set is Cummins. Our design makes them very satisfied.

We picked them up on our TAI’AN station, then we went to our factory . We had the slurry pumps in stock, they checked the pump first, study the use of pumps.
