10 inch Suction Dredge was Ordered by Nigeria Customer

10 inch suction dredge is the kind of portable dredger designed by OCEAN PUMP  which is widely used for excavating and pumping sand or mud from the bottom of the water body. 10 inch suction dredge with powerful engine usually is applied to dredging rivers, lakes, and ponds, reclaiming land, cleaning ports and pumping sand.  After several years of development and innovation, 10 inch suction dredge helps us win a big market in Nigeria due to such characteristics as low cost, high performance, easy operation, etc. There are many sets of  sand suction dredger exported to Nigeria with the capacity from 6 inch to 10 inch.
There are many rivers in Nigeria, the Niger River and its tributary Benue River are the main rivers, and the Niger River is 1,400 kilometers long. There are lots of sands along the rivers. By the same time, Nigeria is the largest economic entity in Africa. With the development of the economy, the city construction and road building need lots of sands. So dredging business is popular in Nigeria and there are many sand dredgers running in Nigeria for dredging.
In April 2019, we got the inquiry from a customer whose office is in Guangzhou, China. He is Nigeria Nationality. He helped his brother in Nigeria sourcing for the 10 inch suction dredge. They just showed me the sand dredging equipment pictures as below:

After checking the pictures,  the 10 inch suction dredge was made and exported by OCEAN Pump last year. This one is working very perfectly. The customer praised our 10 inch suction dredge because the owner got lots of money by selling the dredged sand..
The customer required the sand suction dredger like pictures showed above with the same specification.
We made the same quotation as the third 10 inch portable dredger With following items :

1. Dredger Dimension (L*W*H):5.8 m*4.2 m*1.0 m
2. Sand Output  :80-100 m3/h
3. Dredge Depth  :8-15 m with adjustable suction head
4. Discharge Pipe :180 m
5. Some Spare Parts for Pump and Engine
6. Delivery Time： 30 working days

After receiving the deposit on the first day in May, we made production for the 10 inch suction dredge. Please see below pictures.

The productions is very busy. so our workshop workers have been working overtime to ensure the completion of the customer’s products.
When the products finished, we will make test and commissioning and help customer apply the SGS Inspection and loading the container (To be continued ).
