10 inch High Quality Jet Suction Dredger Sent to Cameroon for River Dredging

High quality jet suction dredger relies on a high pressure water pump to break up the sand layer, then uses a high power sand pump to suck the mixture of sand and water to the shore or transport ship. The main diesel engine provides power for the sand pump. Auxiliary machine is generator set, the generator set mainly provides power for high pressure water pump, winch and light on the high quality jet suction dredger. High quality jet suction dredger is suitable for inland rivers and coastal sheltered areas, soft sands areas, and sand mining operations. We can design the high quality jet suction dredger according to the customers’ dredging depth, sand output and discharge distance. Since most of the high quality jet suction dredger is transported by sea, when designing the high quality jet suction dredger, we divide the high quality jet suction dredger into several parts, it is suitable for container holding. The dredger body is connected by bolts and nuts. When the high quality jet suction dredger arrived, the customer can install the dredger body according to the drawing easily.

According to our experience, this sand suction dredger has the features of easy installation, easy operation and convenient using. One or tow workers are enough to operate the sand pumping equipment. After communication with the customer, we supplied videos and drawings to help them. This method greatly reduced the customer’s cost. In September 2018, he purchased another 10 inch high quality jet suction dredger, because the sand mining site was moved to the center of the river, he needed larger sand dredger and sand suction pump.

1. Sand pump system includes sand suction pump, diesel engine or electric motor, high pressure water pump , high pressure water pump power, supporting bracket, sand suction head. If using diesel engine, there is an auxiliary fuel tank.
2. Auxiliary device for fixing and moving of the dredger body. The fixing of the dredger body relies on winch and anchor. The moving of the dredger body relies on moving winch, sometimes using propeller.
3. Discharge pipeline. The medium was discharged through HDPE pipe, using floaters to keep the pipe on the water.
4. Control system is in the operating room. The worker can start and stop the sand pump, generator set by control table, also can control the rubber hose up and down by winch.
5. Considering the wear of the sand pump and diesel engine, we also supply the customer accessories for the pump and diesel engine, such as impeller, cover plate, bushing, filter, belt, etc.
