1. Q: We are looking for electric-driven sand dredger for dredging (as seen in the 1st photo in page 9 of your product catalog). Please provide us specifications of high efficiency submersible dredger(discharge distance, lift, dredging depth, power, frequency, sand output, speed, etc.), together with your quotation.

The discharge distance depends on the lift .Dredge depth can be 25m .

Normally the power is 3 phase 380v, 50hz, and we can also customized it with 3 phase, 415V, 50hz, or 380v, 60hz.

The output of sand depends on the flow capacity, normally for the fine sand, the sand output is about 20% of the flow capacity and the coarse sand is about 15% of the flow capacity. And it also depends on the soft sand or sharp sand, etc.

2. Q: What is the lead time of high efficiency submersible dredger to the Philippines? How much is the sea freight?

A: The delivery time depends on the model of high efficiency submersible dredger, if there is no stock, the delivery time is 25 working days after deposit. The sea freight need to be calculated after confirming the sand dredger model .

3.Q: What is the best applicable pump for filling sand into the small holes of Geo tubes?

A :I think what u use is like Geo tube filling. Using this kind of submersible dredge pump just need the electricity and no irrigation water in. And using the hoses and valves to control the flow capacity to the Geo tube

8 inch Portable Dredging Platform Sent to Maldives

Small sand suction pump boat, also called small sand dredger, is a one-stop suction pump boat solution. Tai’an Ocean Pump Co.,Ltd. 6 inch Portable River Sand Dredger Successfully Passed Inspection

Portable river sand dredger transports sludge or fine sand, sea sand from the lake, river, pool or sea to the destination by a sand suction pump. The 6 inch portable river sand dredger had passed the inspection by Burundi customers in February 2019. This portable river sand dredger has the features of novel design, simple operation and high efficiency. Burundi customers consulted our portable river sand dredger in March 2018. They needed a portable sand dredger to carry out river dredging work. The river is about 5m deep and 10m wide and needed to be cleaned in a short time. To save their investment, we recommended the 6 inch portable river sand dredger with good quality and low price. The dredging depth of the sand dredger can reach 7m, the sand output is 60m cubic meters per hour, the discharge distance can be up to 80m. It is enough to meet the dredging requirements. 1. In order to prevent the loss of the oil tank, we weld the oil tank to the inside of the sand suction dredger.

River Sand Dredger Design Improvement

2.Add a walking channel to the middle of the river sand dredger so the staff can go to the dredger opposite directly, needn’t passing round the dredger tail again.

3.Adjust the horizontal distance from the gantry top to the dredger front edge . To prevent the sand suction hose from hitting the edge of the sand dredger.

4. Add air release valve in the outlet elbow of the sand pump. When the pump is working, it will suck some air into the pump. It will corrode the pump casing, after we increase the air release valve, it can release the air inside, and extend the service life of the pump.

5.The oil drain valve of the fuel tank is installed at the bottom of the oil tank. After the diesel engine has been working for a period of time, some water is mixed into the return pipe. The diesel oil with water will damage the diesel engine. A bottom oil drain valve installs at the bottom to release the oil and water. Guarantee the purity of diesel.

Small Dredging Equipment for Maldives Holiday Village Construction

Small dredging equipment, also known as sand suction dredger, is the powerful equipment to excavate underwater sand, slurry or gravel from different locations. A new designed 6 inch small dredging equipment finished production and loading container this week. This custom sand suction dredger is different from the small sand dredge we produced before. In the process of discussing with the customer, we knew customer will use this dredger for holiday village construction in the sea offshore area of Maldives. So he emphasized the noise control of engine and anti-corrosion function of this portable dredger body. According to the requirement, we added engine sound proof cover to control the noise when engine running. And also 3 layers rust preventing paint were coated to for the sand dredger body to protect from water corrosion.

The normally delivery time of this sand dredger is 25 days. Because the customer was hurry for the this sand suction dredger, we finished this dredger within 20 days in advance. We took video and all the details photos of dredger testing sent to customer before container loading . We sorted the pictures and videos out to manual. which will be used for guide customer in dredge machine operation. The customer is very satisfied with this portable dredger job. Small mud dredge was ready for delivery to Nigeria

Sand dredger equipment was shipped to Nigeria today. All the equipment and dredger parts were ordered by our long term partner who began the cooperation with us from 2014.
