2 Sets of 10 Inch Portable Sand Dredger Sent to Cameroon

Portable sand dredger also called shoreline dredger, it mainly used for river sand suction or sand transfer from shore side to land.

The portable sand dredger is specially designed and engineered with compact structure, so it cab be easily operated and transported by container or truck across the road from one  site to another. The sand pump installed on the portable sand dredger is made of wear resistant material for longer service life and convenient maintaince.

One customer from Cameroon directly contacted us via WhatsApp, he introduced his worksite situation and wanted to get some advices from us. According to his description of the river and the sand situation, we concluded the following working conditions.

The suction depth is less than 15 meter, the discharge distance will be about 200 meter, sand output is about 120 tons per hour. The sand is sharp sand and can be to be jetted up by high pressure water gun, so the abrasion performance of sand pump is very important. We choose the high-chromium alloy material sand suction pump for this jet suction dredger.

Portable Sand Dredger Making Process

As per customer’s requirement, we keeped him knowing the dredger produce process.

Material cutting. The steel plate is 6 mm thickness which is very firm and strong enough for this type of small dredger. We cut the dredger material carefully by automatic plasm cutting machine.

Welding. All our workers are senior welder with welding skills to in sure the welding beauty and not any gap.

Painting. After dredger pontoon finished, we will painting the dredger body with anti rust paint and topcoat, the dredger body painting color could be pointed according to customer’s requirement.

Sand dredging equipment assemble. We assemble and connect the sand pump, water pump, engines for pumps, winch, hand frame, sand suction rubber hose and oil tank etc. Layout pipeline for this sand barge.

Dredging equipment testing before delivery. We started the engine and check the pumps, winch working condition. After making sure all the sand suction dredger equipment is in the deigned condition, we delivered the sand dredger.
