Submersible Sediment Pump was Used to Extract Mud in Pile Well

Submersible sediment pump is also known as submersible mud pump. Submersible sediment pump is a kind of sand suction pump that is coaxial with the motor and the water pump. The bottom of the submersible sediment pump body is equipped with a stirring impeller, which can stir the deposited sludge to form a turbulent flow and achieve high concentration transportation. The operator needn’t to inject water into submersible sediment pump, because it can submerged into the water, the operation is relatively simple.

Submersible sediment pump mainly extracts liquids containing solid particles such as sand, cinder and tailing, and is mainly used for removing and transporting mud liquids in metallurgical, mining and thermal power plants. Submersible sediment pump is precisely cast with alloy material so it has the features of high quality and high wear resistance.

On June 17, 2018, Yangzhou customers purchased a submersible slurry pump ZJQ360-26-55, which was used to extract the mud from the pile well. They required the mud output was 50-70m³/h, the discharge distance was 150-200m. We finished the production and delivered the sand pump machine to work site on Jun. 21,2018.

After receiving the submersible sludge pump and other supporting facilities, the customers started to extract mud immediately. In test running, the mud output was about 65m³/h, the discharge distance was 150-200m, the soft start control cabinet ran smoothly. Control cabinet was set with overload, water leakage and electric leakage protection. Submersible Sludge Pump with Pipeline was Delivered to Maldives

Submersible sludge pump is the ideal pumping equipment to handle sludge, slurry and other high density water mixed solids. Most of the submersible sludge pump components seem like submersible slurry pump, the submersible sludge pump is mainly composed of three parts which are pump body, motor and combined seal. Submersible slurry pump is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, mining, coal, electric power, building materials, municipal environmental protection and river dredging.

In addition to the main impeller, the submersible sludge pump adds a stirring impeller at the bottom of pump body, so the submersible slurry pump can achieve high concentration delivery without auxiliary equipment. Our Customer from Maldives consulted our submersible sludge pump in October. He wanted to build a tourism resort nearby the sea. They needed to suck the fine sand out of the sea and filled it on the beach. The sand pumping site is around 500 meters away from the shore.The dredging depth is around 12 meters.

4.In addition to the submersible slurry pump, also included a control cabinet, electric hoist, rubber hose, 500 m HDPE pipe and matching floaters.

 According to the requirements from our customer, our engineer select the submersible sludge pump with double cable lines for the customer. One cable line provide the electric power to the pump, the other cable line is control line, the function of the control line is to protect the motor from water ingress and overload. So double cable lines submersible slurry pump can guarantee the safety of operators and equipment.

The submersible sludge pump operation is simple, the noise is small, and the construction environment is clean and tidy. We recommend model is ZJQ400-25-75. We also showed our customers the operation video used in the field. We provided the main components of the submersible slurry pump dredger and the customer welds the dredger body locally. We provided customer with drawings and designs for submersible slurry pump dredger body, and also provided technical support.
