Electric Sand Suction Pump was Delivered to Fujian for Long-distance Sand Conveying

Electric sand suction pump is a kind of powerful sand pump machine which is driven by electric motor. This electric sand suction pump is suitable for inland river dredging, coastal embanking, coal mining, power plants and other enterprises to transport solid particles containing slurry, medium particles up to 50-80 mm. This sand pump is usually used for medium and long distance sand transport which can reach up to the 1000-1500 meters.

On Jun. 15, 2019, OCEAN Pump welcomed a customer from Fujian. The customer previously used the 250 PNS-35 marine sand pump which worked well. However, due to the coarse sand source in Fujian, the discharge distance of the sand pump is only about 400 meters. Now the customer wanted to increase the conveying distance to 800 meters, this required a new sand pump. So the customer contacted OCEAN Pump.
OCEAN Pump engineers considered that the high head sand pump could meet the requirement of long discharge conveying, so our engineers modified the drawing and got a new type sand dredging pump which is single pump casing high head sand pump. The new type sand pump is also driven by electric motor and can meet the requirements of 800 m discharge distance, high efficiency and energy saving at the same time. The customer is satisfied with the sand pump and immediately signed a contract with OCEAN Pump.

On Jul.15, 2019, the high head electric sand pump passed test running successfully. The indicators met the design requirements, and OCEAN Pump quality inspection department allowed the sand pump to leave our factory to the working site in Fujian.
