Malaysia Customer Visited our Submersible Sand Suction Dredger Factory

Submersible sand suction dredger consists of dredger body, submersible sand pump and generator, etc. Malaysia Company business representatives come to visit our company on May 04, 2018 . We received their inquiry in April, they want a submersible slurry pump which can suck the sand and slurry from a dam. There is 10,000m³ sand in the dam and they need to dredge all the sand within 4 months, the delivery distance is about 500 meters, 480 meters on the water and 20 meters on the shore, the sand is fine sand.

Our technical team recommended the submersible sand suction dredger to them. Their boss, engineer, and administrative staff visited our factory. We guided them to visit our workshop and introduced our products like the sand pump, gravel pump, slurry pump and sand suction dredger and other sand pumping machine. The customer fully understood our production process and learned how to find impeller focus. The customer was very satisfied with our rich experience and professional knowledge.

After the workshop, we took them to our office. In the meeting room, we introduced the company’s development history to customers and show them our main market. The customer explained to us the local site conditions. Our engineer proposed feasible solutions according to the conditions provided by the customer.

According to the conditions, in order to improve the customer’s production efficiency, we recommend submersible sand suction dredger. The submersible sand dredging pump is equipped with a water gun and agitators on both sides. The agitators have a cutter, the material of the cutter is alloy, it can suck hard sand and more wear-resistant.
