Taking into account that there is much hard silt at the bottom of the river, our engineers recommended to use cutter suction method for silt suction. In the communication, we knew the dimension and working mode of the customer’s existing sand dredger, recommended customer to install a hydraulic cutter suction device and replace sand pump unit to realize long-distance transportation. The sand output is about 500 m³/h. OCEAN Pump engineers took the customer to one working site where our pond dredge pump 400 GN-50 was working, the customer found that the sand pump casing, impeller and guard plate are made of high wear-resistant alloy material so just require to replace few parts after extracting 1,000,000 m³ fine sand. The wear resistance is very good. The use failure rate is very low, the downtime maintenance time is short, the cost of the later maintenance and parts replacement is also low, and the cost performance is very high. The customer signed purchase contract of a pond dredge pump 400 GN-50 matched with diesel engine and gearbox.
