On June 15th, 2019, a customer from Fujian contacted OCEAN Pump for sand pump. The customer was using the 250PNS-35 marine motor sand pump, which had a good effect, but the biggest problem was the transport distance. The previous sand pump type can only transport 400 meters, the customer want to change a electric sand pump that can reach 800 meters discharge distance.
Electric Motor Sand Pump Selection Process
The design team of OCEAN Pump carefully compared the previous motor sand pump machine type and high lift sand dredge pump. Considering the complicated structure of the high lift sand dredge pump, the designer modified the drawings to design a single pump shell high lift electric sand suction pump. This motor sand pump type takes into account the long-distance transport capacity of the high-lift sand pump, and takes into account the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving and lightness of the marine motor sand pump. The customer immediately ordered this equipment.
