Lake Dredging Equipment was Delivered to Cameroon for Sand Mining Project

Lake dredging equipment is the ideal dredging machine which is widely used for sand dredging, mud dredging, port building and port deepening, etc. The potable dredge is the flexible lake dredging equipment to keep waterways and ports navigable, and assists coastal protection, land reclamation and coastal redevelopment to gather up bottom sediments and transporting it elsewhere. Lake dredging equipment can be done to recover materials of commercial value; these may be high value minerals or sediments such as sand and gravel that are used by the construction industry.

A 10 inch mini sand dredger was delivered to Cameroon for sand suction work on July 15^th, 2019. Our Cameroon customer sent us an inquiry about sand pumping dredger on Nov. 29^th, 2018. He wanted to order a small dredging equipment to extract the fine sand from the lake, then discharge the sand to shore for construction use. In addition, they also wanted additional set of spare parts for sand pump.
The customers selected our lake dredging equipment after checking our products catalog. After he settled down the government permission and consultation with local residents, we signed the performa invoice on June 15^th and got his 40% deposit payment in 2 days. The production and commissioning was completed in one month. We sent the lake dredging equipment test video to the customer, he was satisfied with the portable dredging boat and paid the final payment. The lake dredging equipment was shipped on July 15th. He required the delivery time was before Sep. 1^st. According to the shipping period, he will receive the lake dredging equipment on schedule.
The lake dredging equipment should be durable and anti corrosion. So we we painted the dredger body with anti rust paint and equipped zinc block on each side of pontoon body. That’s the best method for protecting the boat body from corrosion.

4 inch Sand Pump for River Sand Suction

4 inch Centrifugal Sludge Pump was Delivered to Panama for Sea Sand Pumping

Centrifugal sludge pump is a kind of high efficient sludge pump machine which has the equivalent configurations and functions with our high quality centrifugal sand pump. The working principle of the centrifugal sludge pump is to use the water centrifugal force which is formed by the rotation of the sludge pump impeller to extract the sand out from river, lake, pond, channel, etc. Before starting the electric motor or diesel engine of centrifugal sludge pump, the pump casing and the suction pipe must be filled with water. The centrifugal sludge pump shaft drives the impeller and water to perform the high-speed rotary motion. With the action of centrifugal force, the water is pushed to the outer edge of the impeller then through the sludge pump casing flow channel, finally flows into the outlet pipe.

So before using the centrifugal sand pump, the centrifugal sludge pump always needs to be fully filled with water, the other method is that the sand pump machine position should be below the water level. Most of the centrifugal sludge pumps are installed in the cabin of sand suction dredger, so that the sand pump position is below the water level, the water could be automatically injected into the centrifugal sludge pump.
Some customers want to save costs and asked if they could use a simple floating platform to replace the sand dredger. As this way, the sand pump unit is positioned higher than the water level, in order to prevent water from flowing out of the inlet pipe, we should put a bottom valve at the inlet of the sand suction rubber hose.

The Panamanian customer contacted us in June 2019 and they were looking for a simple sand pump that could be put on a small platform with 6 plastic buckets. The customer had a 9-acre mangrove island in Panama, and he would like to pump sand onto the island from the ocean floor to fill in the many wet areas on the island and increase the elevation.

After further communication, the pumping depth was 5-7 meters, working 50-60 meters away from the coast. Due to local economic reasons, all the products were manually moved, so we recommended our smallest model 4 inch simple sludge pump with a 22 hp diesel engine. This sand pump could fully meet the customer’s working conditions.

Submersible Slurry Suction Pump for Sand Extraction and Recycling

Submersible slurry suction pump (also known as submersible sand suction pump or submersible dewatering pump) is one kind of the vertical submersible slurry pump for dewatering application in deeper working condition, especially in many kinds of open pits. In stone processing plants, it is necessary to wash the saw blade with water, and a lot of lime water with fine sand or powder is produced in the whole process. At present, many stone factories recycle the lime water into a pool and process it after settling. This approach works but affects overall productivity. Sand Removal Pump was Delivered to Weihai for River Dredging

Sand removal pump, also know as marine sand pump, is widely used for river dredging work. Sand removal pump has the advantages of high efficiency, long discharge distance and high concentration conveying, stable operation, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It is mainly used for such working conditions as pumping sand or slurry in the river, lake, sea and reservoir, land reclamation, pumping iron ore, gold sand.

Selection Requirements
The Weihai customer called OCEAN Pump to propose construction requirements for the river dredging treatment plan:

1. It will be used for cutter suction dredger. Previously, they selected OCEAN Pump’s 450 GN-35 sand suction pump, matching with Cummins 1200 hp and 1500 rpm marine engine. And the new sand pump needs to use this engine as well.
2. The discharge distance is 2.5 km. The medium is mud, sand and little garbage. And they also require three blades impeller.

Selection Process
According to our customers’ requirements, our engineer made the selection comparison. Finally, we chose the model of 400 GN-50. Comparing with the previous 450 GN-35 type sand pump machine, 400 GN-50 has advantage and disadvantage. The advantages are high lift, long discharge distance and fast pipeline flow rate. The disadvantage is that the flow is slightly lower and the speed is slightly higher.

40 Sets Submersible Sewage Pumps were Delivered to Singapore

Submersible sewage pump is equipped with the automatic stirring device which can produces a strong stirring force with the rotation of the motor shaft. In June 2019, we got a very clear inquiry with specified sewage pumping data. The customer wanted the submersible dewaterintg pump to suck the sewage water from a small tank. This customer is an engineer at a Singapore Water Treatment Company. He wanted two models of submersible dewatering pumps, one model has a flow rate of around 20 cubic meters per hour, the head is 10 meters, the outlet diameter is 50 mm. The other one has the flow rate 40 cubic meters per hour, the outlet diameter is 65 mm. He also required an industrial voltage frequency of 400 V, 50 HZ. According to the customer’s request, we selected two models for the customer.

We provided detailed submersible sewage pump parameters and pictures to the engineer, the engineer was very satisfied with our parameters. After communication, each sand pump machine needed to be equipped with 8 meters cable and an elbow.
