Hydraulic slurry pump is hydraulically driven instead of electrically driven which has more applications in deep water area and used for dredging different matters, it is one kind of centrifugal pump equipped with 2 or 3 agitator cutters which mix the mud or sand matters for suction. The Hydraulic slurry pump is mainly used as an excavator attachment taking place of grab bucket when there is too much water, mud and not suitable for digging. It is driven by the excavator hydraulic system or a separate hydraulic station to pump sand, sludge mortar etc. The flow passage components of  this kind of submersible slurry pump is made of high-strength and wear-resistant alloy, and it has large flow channel and is suitable for delivering relatively big solid particle coal slurry and sand etc.

Simple sand pump dredger （10 inch）Run in Uganda

Our Uganda customer sent us inquiry about detailed sand pump dredger requirements on November 30^th 2015. He wanted to order a simple sand pump dredger to suck sand in a 15m depth lake with good return on investment, easy to operate and longer life span. According to his requirements, the 10 inch simple sand pump dredger was recommended according to his requirements and budget, he accepted the order and paid the deposit 3 days later.

After 1 month intensive designing and manufacturing, the sand dredger was finished and passed the quality checking, we show our customer the whole small sand dredger photos and videos . He was very satisfied with the finished dredger machine.

According to customer’s feedback, the simple sand pump dredger can suck about 400 tons sand one day. This small sand dredger brings him a big profit ! The customer came to visit our company on April ,2016. He wanted to buy some spare parts of our sand pump. We have a good Cooperation with each other.

Portable sand pump dredger was shipped to Liberia

Portable sand pump dredger are ready for shipment to Liberia. This is the second portable sand pump ordered by our Liberian customer.

Our customer sent us inquiry for detailed requirement on March 12^th, 2016.He wanted to order a small sand pump dredger to suck sand in a 10 m depth lake with easy to operate and longer life span. According to his requirements, the 8 inch portable sand pump dredger was recommended. We delivered the sand pump dredger as soon as possible after he the payment.

The sand dredger had been running well for more than 1 year, the customer got back the investment, He was very satisfied with the working dredger machine. So he decided to purchase the second one to enlarge his success. After detailed discuss with our engineers and technicians for his new requirements, we redesigned a new sand dredger with higher efficiency and stability.

4 inch portable vertical slurry pump exported to Thailand

Portable vertical slurry pump is  designed for delivering abrasive and high density mixed particles like sand and mud. The customer wanted to buy a small potable slurry pump that can work in a manhole of 450mm x 600mm to suck seawater and seashell at the bottom of pit.

Product Description

Gravel sand pump is designed for continuously handing the most difficult higher abrasive slurries which contain too big solids. The big particle gravel sand pump is casted as a single pump casing structure with smooth over-current channel .The overflow part is made of hard nickel and high chromium wear resistant alloy. The outlet direction of gravel pump can be adjusted according to the request direction. The gravel sand pump is suitable for delivering strong abrasive slurry containing bigger particles in mining, explosive sludge in metal melting, dredging and so on. The advantages of the pump are heavy flow, easy installation and operation, good performance of NPSH and abrasion resistance.
