12 Inch High Head Slurry Pump Sent to the United States

High head slurry pump is the excellent slurry pump to realize the long distance transportation of solid materials. This kind of sand pump machine had been widely used for conveying tailing, ash, coal and various concentrates of the power plant. Our U.S. customer contacted us about their problems of slurry pump in April 2017. They are using a cutter suction dredger to get sand from lake and need a long distance transportation. But the current slurry pump equipped in the dredger is not enough to meet the transport requirements. So, they need to add a powerful  high head slurry pump.

Their transport requirements are as following:

1. The high head slurry pump must relay out the solid of 250m3/hour from first-level slurry pump.
2. The high head slurry pump inlet : 350mm, outlet: 300mm;
3. The distance of transport is up to 1600m;
4. wear-resistant, easy-to-use.

After calculation, we proposed DS300-70 type sand suction pump unit for customer. And supporting cummins marine diesel engine and marine gear box of 600 type. This type of high head slurry pump is equipped with five blades impeller, with advantage of high efficiency and low failure rate. The pump component in contact with the medium is made of high chromium alloy material. And the pump uses double shell structure which features stable, safe, high head discharge distance and very wear resistant. This pump is very suitable for customer’s condition.

1. shape size of the sand dredging pump, flow components material, the actual efficiency of the system, smooth operation, performance curve;
2. EPAE mission Certificate of diesel engine.
3. Containerized monitor, the high head slurry pump needs to be firmly fixed to ensure that the long-term sea cargo without damage.

Maldives Customers visited our factory for submerged pump dredger

Submerged pump dredger (ZJQ series) is designed and manufactured with optimized hydrodynamics technology for sand suction and silt clearing. This kind of mud dredger equipment is driven by electric motor. The dredger suitable for conveying liquid with solid particles including gravel, cinders and tailing etc. Submersible slurry pump dredger is widely used in metallurgical industry, mining and thermal power plant, etc. It’s wear resistant wet parts are made of hard metal (Chrome alloy). Customer checked and studied the submerged pump dredger products carefully.

On August 24, 2017, Maldives Company business representatives came to inspect our company .We received their inquiry at the beginning of August. They want a submersible slurry pump dredger which can suck the sand from the sea. The dredging depth is about 1-3m, delivery distance is about 150 m. What’s more, the sand is fine sand, and they would use the fine sand to cover the island area.

Our technical team designs a suitable dredger body for them. They want a simple dredger which can operate by one people, the generator power only used for the submersible slurry pump. So we chose the chain block instead of hoist. Besides, the dredger body and submersible slurry pump both uses anti-corrosive paint. We also provide them anti-corrosive rope to move the submersible slurry pump dredger. The brand of generator set is Cummins. Our design makes them very satisfied.

We picked them up on our TAI’AN station, then we went to our factory . We had the slurry pumps in stock, they checked the pump first, study the use of pumps. Meanwhile we showed them our other related products such as simple suction dredger, jet suction dredger in store. they had great appreciation for our productivity and quality.

Flexible wear resistant rubber sand suction hose

Description

Rubber sand suction hose is your good choice for silt conveyance in dredging operations. The flexible and easily installed dredging hoses are abrasive and kink resistant. The smooth interior of the flexible wear resistant rubber sand suction hose helps prevent clogs and avoids damage from the abrasive materials passing through. Small Dredging Equipment for Maldives Holiday Village Construction

Small dredging equipment, also known as sand suction dredger, is the powerful equipment to excavate underwater sand, slurry or gravel from different locations. It is widely used for sand dredging, mud dredging, port building and deepening, the sand and mud is conveying and discharging by pipeline and floater.

A new designed 6 inch small dredging equipment finished production and loading container this week. This custom sand suction dredger is different from the small sand dredge we produced before. In the process of discussing with the customer, we knew customer will use this dredger for holiday village construction in the sea offshore area of Maldives. So he emphasized the noise control of engine and anti-corrosion function of this portable dredger body. According to the requirement, we added engine sound proof cover to control the noise when engine running. And also 3 layers rust preventing paint were coated to for the sand dredger body to protect from water corrosion.

The normally delivery time of this sand dredger is 25 days. Because the customer was hurry for the this sand suction dredger, we finished this dredger within 20 days in advance. We took video and all the details photos of dredger testing sent to customer before container loading . We sorted the pictures and videos out to manual. which will be used for guide customer in dredge machine operation. The customer is very satisfied with this portable dredger job. He made the final payment ahead of loading date. This 6 inch small dredging equipment totally can be loaded in one 20 foot container with pipeline and floaters .

Now this sand suction dredger was on the way to Mali port, Maldives, when it start to work, we will make some work video for more customers reference.

Small mud dredge was ready for delivery to Nigeria

We told the customer we had tested the sand dredging pump very well in working. We also helped him buy other goods (floating silt curtain, etc.) in China. And we loaded the goods in the container together to save cost on transportation. He speak highly of our products and service.
