Simple sand pump dredger （10 inch）Run in Uganda

Our Uganda customer sent us inquiry about detailed sand pump dredger requirements on November 30^th 2015. He wanted to order a simple sand pump dredger to suck sand in a 15m depth lake with good return on investment, easy to operate and longer life span. According to his requirements, the 10 inch simple sand pump dredger was recommended according to his requirements and budget, he accepted the order and paid the deposit 3 days later.

After 1 month intensive designing and manufacturing, the sand dredger was finished and passed the quality checking, we show our customer the whole small sand dredger photos and videos . He was very satisfied with the finished dredger machine.

According to customer’s feedback, the simple sand pump dredger can suck about 400 tons sand one day. This small sand dredger brings him a big profit ! The customer came to visit our company on April ,2016. He wanted to buy some spare parts of our sand pump. We have a good Cooperation with each other.

Portable sand pump dredger was shipped to Liberia

Portable sand pump dredger are ready for shipment to Liberia. This is the second portable sand pump ordered by our Liberian customer.

Our customer sent us inquiry for detailed requirement on March 12^th, 2016.He wanted to order a small sand pump dredger to suck sand in a 10 m depth lake with easy to operate and longer life span. According to his requirements, the 8 inch portable sand pump dredger was recommended. We delivered the sand pump dredger as soon as possible after he the payment.

The sand dredger had been running well for more than 1 year, the customer got back the investment, He was very satisfied with the working dredger machine. So he decided to purchase the second one to enlarge his success. After detailed discuss with our engineers and technicians for his new requirements, we redesigned a new sand dredger with higher efficiency and stability.

The BIVAC departments came to our factory to inspect the products and monitor the container loading, the inspector examined each item carefully, all products are qualified and the loading finished smoothly.

4 inch portable vertical slurry pump exported to Thailand

Portable vertical slurry pump is  designed for delivering abrasive and high density mixed particles like sand and mud. It is applied for the fields such as metallurgy, mining, coal, power, building materials and environmental protection. The slurry pump is also widely used in the coastal shoal farm’s excavation, river dredging, diking, transformation, sand extraction, the basic construction of farmland and underground works, etc.

The customer wanted to buy a small potable slurry pump that can work in a manhole of 450mm x 600mm to suck seawater and seashell at the bottom of pit.

According to his requirements, the 4 inch portable vertical mud pump was recommended. This kind of slurry pump machine can suck out the seashell, most importantly, it is has the characteristics of easy operation, movement and space saving. The potable slurry pump is made by alloy material to keep the long life of the sand pump. In addition to a full set of pumps, The customer also ordered related impellers, pump casing and pump cover.

Product Description

Multiple agitators submersible slurry pump is kind of electrical and mechanical submersible slurry pump equipped with two or three agitators to mix the precipitated sludge at high concentrations. It is suitable for conveying contains the liquid containing solid particles such as sand or coal cinder. Product Description

Gravel sand pump is designed for continuously handing the most difficult higher abrasive slurries which contain too big solids. The big particle gravel sand pump is casted as a single pump casing structure with smooth over-current channel .The overflow part is made of hard nickel and high chromium wear resistant alloy. The outlet direction of gravel pump can be adjusted according to the request direction. The gravel sand pump is suitable for delivering strong abrasive slurry containing bigger particles in mining, explosive sludge in metal melting, dredging and so on. The advantages of the pump are heavy flow, easy installation and operation, good performance of NPSH and abrasion resistance.

Dredger parts was ready for Nigeria Customer

Dredger parts like sand pump, water pump, worm reducer, propeller and rubber hose are the important components of dredger. All of these dredger parts are manufactured with strict process and equipment. Ocean Pump is the professional sand pump, slurry pump and dredger designer and manufacturer, it provides one stop solution for all sand pump and dredger requirements.

The customer from Nigeria sent us inquiry about dredger parts for his own designed dredger body in December 2016. The designing and manufacturing of sand dredger is the professional and complex work because dredger is the integrated platform for sand suction, transport and discharge. Our engineers discussed and analyzed the inquiry with the customer for 2 weeks, the scheme was composed by three kind of dredgers:

1. The master dredger for sand suction.
2. The relaying dredger to transport sand for long distance.
3. The shoreline discharge dredger for delivery sand to land.

We cooperated with each other for scheme planning and designing, he constructed the dredger body locally,  we manufactured all dredger parts for him.  We had engaged in such projects, so this project was running smoothly.

According to our engineer’s experience and mature technology, we designed, manufactured and sourced suitable pumps, winches, worm reducer, rubber hoses and propeller for the project.

      (1) Sand pump is used for suck sand on dredger.
      (2) Water pump is to supply high pressure water pump to jet sand up to increase efficiency of sand suction.
      (3) Winch is used on master dredger and shoreline dredger, to drag and lifting the suction hose and suction head.
      (4) Worm reducer is used on sand transport boat, to Control the bottom door open and off.
      (5) Propeller is the dredger navigation equipment.
      (6) Rubber hose is used to suck sand or jetting water into sand.

It took us about 1 month to finish all ordered dredger parts, now they were finished packaging and was ready for delivery. Our customer applied Form M for SONCAP certification from Nigeria Government, which will be helpful to shipment.
