- Material A05, also known as chrome 27, material label Cr27, is mainly used in casting the over-current parts of large particle gravel pump. It is originally used by Australian WAMAN Company in the mining project. This material is a kind of wear-resistant white iron, with the advantages of corrosion resistance and erosion resistance. Compared with other casting material, it contains nickel instead of molybdenum.
- Material Cr26.It is the over-current parts material of Centrifugal slurry pump. Cr26 is mainly used in submersible slurry pump and vertical slurry pump. Cr26 contains 26% chromium, and also contains nickel, molybdenum, copper. Cr26 has high wear resistance and high performance, so it is suitable for high speed sand suction pump.
- Material Cr28, mainly used in marine sand pump and centrifugal slurry pump. The chromium content is 28%. It also contains nickel and molybdenum. It is harder than Cr26, and has good tensile properties. The application range is very wide.
- Material Cr15Mo3. Compared with above three casting material, Cr15Mo3 has strongest wear resistance and is also the hardest casting material. But the production of molybdenum and nickel is low, so the price of Cr15Mo3 is very high. The casting parts cost of Cr15Mo3 is twice as much as high-chromium alloy. However China is vigorously mining nickel and molybdenum ore, the market prospect is good.
